Does the ticket get me into all of the venues?
Yes. After you exchange your ticket for a wristband at the Box Office you can roam freely between the venues all day!
How early should I arrive at a venue if I want to see a specific artist and there’s a risk it might reach capacity?
The first acts are on at 3pm. All venues are subject to capacity so leave plenty of time to catch your new favourite act.
I’m 16, where do I find out which acts I’ll be able to see (some acts being 18+)?
Check the times on our website. The only 18+ venue is The Bullingdon.
Who is the secret headliner?
If we told you it wouldnt be a secret would it? We will announce this on the day though 
Sounds awesome, where can I get tickets?
You can buy tickets from O2 Academy Oxford, http://www.alt-tickets.co.uk, Truck Store and other online outlets.
Where do I collect my tickets?
All advance tickets will be posted. Any collections will be at the Box Office in the O2 Academy.
When does it start and finish?
The Box Office and Wristband exchange open at midday. The box office will close at 9pm STC.
The first venues open at 3pm and go on till 4am!
I have Matriculation that day, can I still come?
Are you kidding? Let’s just call it a post-matriculation party! With bands from 3pm to 4am there’s time to party.
Will I be able to get my tickets on the doors?
Tickets will be available on the door but we recommend buying them in advance to save money. You will be able to purchase tickets on the day from midday at The O2 Academy Box Office.
My tickets haven’t arrived yet – what can I do?
If you still dont have your tickets 24 hours before the event please contact the point of purchase.
I’ve lost my tickets. Help!?
Uh oh! Have you checked all your pockets? Contact the original point of purchase.
Can children attend if accompanied by an adult?
Absolutely. They will be able to attend all venues except The Bullingdon.
I’m working till late – when do they stop letting in?
Dont worry! If you have a ticket even when the main wristband exchange closes you will still be able to exchange on the door at the venues.
I have bought tickets for friends but they will all be collecting tickets at different times, is this ok?
If you have bought your tickets from WeGotTickets please make sure you reallocate each ticket to your pals name.
What is the disabled access like in the venues? Is there wheelchair access/viewing points?
All venues have disabled access. Please contact us prior to the event if you have any specific requests of questions.
Where are the five stages if there’s only three venues?
The academy has two stages running in addition to The Bullingdon and The Old Boot Factory. We still have one very special one we’ve not told you about!
Is there any room for more artists? I’d like to play.
We’re all booked up, but do email us if you are interested in playing next year.
Will it be loud? Do I need earplugs and will they be handed out?
Ear plugs will be available at all venues.
Will there be anything going on in the streets? What else can I expect to see?
There will be lots going on around Cowley Rd! Don’t forget your wristband includes entry into TWO club nights!
