Introduction to… Theme Park

September 19, 2011

Theme Park are twin brothers Miles and Marcus Haughton and friends Louie Bhose and Oscar Manthorpe. They met at school and grew up making music together. Since then they have developed into a band, frequently compared to Talking Heads, not least because of their David Byrne-esque vocals.

Give us a brief introduction to Theme Park.

Theme Park are four friends, we met at primary school and secondary school!

What can people expect when they come to your live shows?

Hopefully some nice songs and a bit of dancing! But you never know…

If you could get one band to reform who would it be?

Cajun Dance Party!

How do you think Ley Lines will impact upon Oxford’s music scene?

Ley Lines should be a really good opportunity for Oxford people to find some new bands they’re interested in!
